4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Billing

Our Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.

Pricing

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After the initial 30-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing period.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

Work Product

Any websites, funnels, ad creative, automations, and other materials we create for you as part of our Services ("Work Product") become your property upon full payment. If you cancel your subscription, you retain ownership of all Work Product.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local Lead Connector, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
